Meeting Site SESAPS 2004 will take place in the recently renovated Pollard Technology Conference Center, located on the campus of Oak Ridge Associated Universities in Oak Ridge, Tennessee (210 Badger Avenue, Oak Ridge, Tennessee 37830). The Pollard Center is within walking distance of the conference hotel, the Doubletree Hotel in Oak Ridge. More details about the Pollard Center can be found on its web site.

Oral Presentaions

Invited sessions will take place in the auditorium at the Pollard Center, and contributed sessions will be held in the Dogwood, Iris or Mockingbird rooms (please see the floor plan of the conference center for locations of these rooms). All meeting rooms will be equipped with an overhead projector and an LCD projector that is connected to a computer provided by the facility. This meeting-room computer will have the latest version of MS Powerpoint and Acrobat Reader 6.0 installed. It also has a CD-ROM drive and USB ports. A VGA switch box will also be available in each meeting room.

Posters

Poster presenters should have their posters ready to be mounted before the meeting. The meeting site will not provide printing facilites. Posters should fit into the size of a 30" X 40" rectangle in either landscape or portrait orientation. Poster boards (30" X 40") will be provided by the meeting. Poster presenters are expected to mount their own posters according to their ID's on Thursday, November 11. Poster ID's are listed in the meeting program under DD and GD sessions.

Internet Access

Wireless internet access is available at the Pollard Conference Center. Those who bring their own laptop computers with wirelsss network capabilities will be able to access the internet free of charge.
