U.S. Visa Information
Non-US citizens, especially citizens of "sensitive countries" need to allow

Insurance
Medical emergencies may be handled in nearby hospitals. However, these
services are charged to the individual and it is recommended that you
obtain medical insurance prior to entering the U.S. The conference
cannot offer any form of insurance.
