Meeting Site NS'06 will take place in the recently renovated Pollard Technology Conference Center, located on the campus of Oak Ridge Associated Universities in Oak Ridge, Tennessee (210 Badger Avenue, Oak Ridge, Tennessee 37830). The Pollard Center is within walking distance of one of the conference hotels, the Doubletree Hotel in Oak Ridge. More details about the Pollard Center can be found on its web site.

Oral Presentaions

The meeting will take place in the auditorium at the Pollard Center,which will be equipped with an LCD projector that is connected to a computer provided by the facility. This meeting-room computer will have the latest version of MS Powerpoint and Acrobat Reader installed. It also has a CD-ROM drive and USB ports.

Posters

We will provide room to accomodate up to 70 posters, which could be mounted starting Monday noon. The meeting site will not provide printing facilites. Posters should fit into the size of a 30" X 40" rectangle in either landscape or portrait orientation. Poster boards (30" X 40") will be provided by the meeting. Poster presenters are expected to mount their own posters according to their ID's, which can be found in the handout material at the conference.

Internet Access

Wireless internet access is available at the Pollard Conference Center. Those who bring their own laptop computers with wirelsss network capabilities will be able to access the internet free of charge.
