Accommodations

We have reserved a block of 95 Single/Double and 40 King rooms at reduced rates in three area hotels. Please contact the hotels directly for room reservations and mention "Nuclear Structure Conference" to get the reduced rate. Information about the hotels and their cut off dates are provided below. Reservations received after the cut off dates will be accepted on a space available basis at prevailing rate. We have reserved 30 King and 20 double rooms from Sunday July 23, through Saturday July 29. The conference rates are $68/night for single and $78/night for double occupancy. Reservations must be received by July 2, 2006 to be eligible for the reduced rates.

Please mention "Nuclear Structure Conference" for reservation by phone or email. We have reserved 60 Single/ Double occupancy rooms from Sunday July 23, through Saturday July 29. In addition, a block of 30 rooms is available for early arrivals on Saturday July 22 and late departures on Sunday July 30. The conference rates are $68/night for single or double occupancy. Reservations must be received by July 6, 2006 to be eligible for the reduced rates. Comfort Inn serves free continental breakfast.

Please mention "Nuclear Structure Conference" for reservation by phone. We have reserved 10 King and 15 double rooms from Saturday July 22, through Wednesday July 26. The conference rates are $68/night for single or double occupancy. Reservations must be received by July 8, 2006 to be eligible for the reduced rates.

A hotel tax of 14.75% applies to the above rates.
