The Local Organizing Committee invites and encourages your participation as a sponsor. This provides an opportunity to expose your company to new customers, as well as maintain relationships with current customers. We value the role that sponsors play in enhancing the overall experience of the conferees keeping them current with the latest technologies and we are hopeful that you will take advantage of this opportunity and assist us in reaching that goal. The most basic sponsorship provides you with the opportunity to supply promotional pieces of literature (provided by the sponsor) to be included in the participants’ conference bags and acknowledgment of your support in the conference webpage where a link to your company will be posted.

For the higher levels, we will include, in addition, a one page, sponsor-provided advertisement in the printed book of abstracts (a commercial page designed by the sponsor), and acknowledge your company with signage and/or verbally at the sponsored function, if applicable.

For the highest level, in addition to the lower level benefits, sponsors will be provided an exhibit booth space during the entire workshop (see schedule) and have their registration fee waived (costs may be involved for meals). In this case please also fill out the participant registration form and select "sponsor representative" as attendee type. You will be charged no registration fee. For a single representative the registration fee will include all meals in the workshop schedule (additional representatives will cost $240 each). Exhibitors will be provided with a 6 ft long table, two chairs, and space behind each table for their own displays. Follow this link to see available booth locations. Displays, equipment, and supplies may be shipped to Park Vista so that it arrives no earlier than September 21, 2010. The items should be addressed to: Your Name (name of person who will be at the conference needing the packages), IISC Conference, Park Vista Hotel, 705 Cherokee Orchard Road, Gatlinburg, TN 37738, USA.
