In order to more widely disseminate information gathered at this
conference, the proceedings will be published by the
European Physical Journal A Direct of Springer Publishing.
The advantages of this choice are:
- All contributions will be peer-reviewed.
- All contributions, including posters, are eligible for inclusion
into the proceedings.
- Participants will receive a printed volume with all contributions
including those which did not pass the peer-review process.
- All contributions which pass the peer-review, will
be published on-line within 3 weeks of manuscript delivery to the
publisher and will receive a journal citation.
- Contributions submitted after the deadline will not delay prompt
publishing of other contributions.
- A deadline, January 15, 2005, to close the
proceedings volume is given.
Receipt of your proceedings by the organizers should occur on or before
October 1, 2004. Because of finite space in the proceedings we ask
that you restrict yourself to the page limits below.

The steps we will follow for manuscript submission are described below.
- Create your manuscript using the LaTeX template and EPJ packages
available in the left panel. If you do not have the EPJ packages
installed globally on your machine, LaTeX should find them if
they reside in the directory where your manuscript is.
- Create a pdf version of your manuscript and upload it into the ENAM'04
database.
Due date is October 1, 2004; hard cutoff date is January 15, 2005.
- Submit a completed copyright transfer form. Send be email to
enam04@phy.ornl.gov or
mail to:

- Complete the peer-review process.
- Once complete, you will receive instructions on how to upload your
manuscript (LaTeX file and figures) to the EPJdirect ftp server.
Your manuscript should be available online three weeks after we send your
manuscript to EPJ A direct. We hope to have the initial contributions
on-line around January 1, 2005. The printed version is expected to be
mailed to all participants in Summer 2005.
