SNEAP 2011 Sponsor Information
The Symposium of Northeastern Accelerator Personnel (SNEAP) is an informal, work shop style meeting which provides a forum for the discussion of the construction, operation, and use of electrostatic accelerators and boosters. The traditional format of the SNEAP includes a large amount of time for discussion and the exchange of ideas. Topics will include ion sources, charging systems, accelerator developments, control systems, equipment suppliers, and other topics suggested by the participants. We expect an attendance of about 70 from both U.S. and overseas scientific establishments.
The 2011 Symposium of Northeastern Accelerator Personnel (SNEAP) will be held in Knoxville, Tennessee, from October 16 to 20, 2011. The Local Organizing Committee invites and encourages your participation as a sponsor. This provides an opportunity to expose your company to new customers, as well as maintain relationships with current customers. We would appreciate any amount that can be used to sponsor this event but we have two defined possibilities. In any case, each sponsor will be acknowledged on the SNEAP 2011 web site and during the meeting.
Exhibit Sponsor
Sponsors wishing to exhibit their products will be provided a table and two chairs and a folding panel board if so requested. Exhibit space will be in a high traffic area where breaks will be held. The cost is $500 and includes placing flyers and brochures in the conference bag provided for each participant, if these materials are received no later than October 1st, 2011.
Basic Sponsor

Sponsor Participation
All sponsors are invited to participate in the full meeting, including breakfasts, lunches, and outing, if they register, which costs $550 per person. Click here to register.
