Payment Dates and Cancellations

We ask that you pay your conference and accommodation fees by August 1, 2004. This is to ensure that we have adequate funding to meet our contractual obligations with Callaway Gardens. We will make every effort to refund the full amount in case of cancellation. However, we will reserve the right to assess a fee of up to 100 USD prior to August 5, 2004. We may not be able to return any money for cancellations received after August 5, 2004.
