Obtain the references, [38][36] and/or others, and write a boundary element program (with linear elements) to solve the two-dimensional Laplace's equation (10) for the isotropic, homogeneous case using the data given in regular_mesh.dat or irregular_mesh.dat. As a continuation, derive a boundary element formulation for the isotropic, inhomogeneous case.
