QM09 Conference, Knoxville, Tennessee, USA, March 29/30 - April 4, 2009

Registration

Quark Matter 2009 is declared an open meeting to the public, i.e. all registered participants are welcome to attend.
Registration fees are due for all participants, including invited speakers and chairpersons.

We will use the CDS Indico software (from CERN, but on our own server) for registrations, abstract submission, and general program agenda organization. Please note that you can not use an Indico account from any other server, or any previous conference, but have to create an account on our server.

The full registration consists of the following 3 to 4 steps. Please click on each line/link, which will direct you to other pages on this website, or our Indico server, with more instructions to follow.

  1. Create an Indico account on the QM09 server

  2. Register for the conference via Indico
    Note that for some browsers the "register" button, located at the bottom of the form may be off-center to the very far right in your browser.

  3. Pay fees related to registration.
    Before March 24th, or on site in Knoxville (conference desk).

 
Attendee registration (full week)
$550 (after February 8, 2009).

Above registrations include : daily lunches, coffee breaks, two receptions and conference banquet (choice of entree), theater event, conference bag, proceedings, and free high-bandwidth wireless internet access at the areas in the Convention Center used by QM09.
Registrations do not include fees for the optional excursions; these will be charged separately.
