elsarticle-template-num.tex is the original template from elsevier

elsarticle.cls is the class/style file from Elsevier

template.tex is a modified version for QM09 (recommended format, other options removed)

example.tex is a short example with a figure included etc. example.pdf
is the resulting compiled file

We recommend starting fresh with template.tex and making comparisons with 
example.tex

mkpaper - shows how to make a pdf from the tex source

lineno.sty - style file needed to get linenumbers
