QM09 Excursion
Wednesday, April 1
We have arranged three exciting excursions for the afternoon of
Wednesday, April 1 that should appeal to a wide range of interests:
either a beautiful hike in the Smoky mountains, a fascinating Civil
War history tour with experienced guides, or inspection of high
technology at the SNS and NCCS. Please, verify that your registration
form in Indico properly indicates your excursion choice and that of
any accompanying persons and check whether the corresponding excursion
fee has been paid. Each person may only participate in at most one
excursion. The excursion fee is payable in advance either along with
or separately from the conference registration fee using the same
payment details described
here.
The deadline is February 25 for (a) selecting at most one optional
excursion per person via the conference registration form, including
modifying an existing registration as needed, (b) sending additional
information for any Accompanying Persons if Excursion #3 is selected
(complete name, citizenship, birth date, and birth country of
accompanying person, as well as the name of the associated regular
conference participant sent to qm09@ornl.gov), and (c) paying the
corresponding excursion transportation fee. After February 25,
excursion registrations will only be accepted at the discretion of the
conference organizers and unpaid excursions risk being
cancelled.
