Note that the Carousel theatre has a seating capacity of 400, which is the reason why the play will be offered on both Tue and Thu, and the conference participants can chose which evening they prefer. We have significantly more tickets for Tue, so hope most participants will prefer that day.

	Sunday, March 29, Welcome Reception, 6:00-9:00 p.m. Registration opened at 8:00 a.m. (before Student Day start)
	Monday, March 30, Career Forum, 6:30-8:30 p.m. The RHIC/AGS Users Executive Committee, in collaboration with the Quark Matter Local Organizing Committee, will host a discussion on career advancement for young physicists. A panel of physicists with permanent jobs in academia, national labs and industry will field questions and give their best advice on what is needed to succeed in finding a career in their field. Information will also be given about websites where job seekers can see postings by prospective employers. All students and post docs are encouraged to attend. Refreshments will be provided.
	Tuesday, March 31, and Thursday, April 2, Play "Copenhagen" in the Carousel Theatre, UT campus. The times are 8:00-10.30 p.m. on Tue (buses start to leave by 7.20 PM), and 7.30-10.00 p.m. on Thu (buses start to leave 6.50 PM). The theatre is within ~1 mile walking distance, or approximately 20 minutes)
	Wednesday, April 1, Conference Excursion, 12:30 - 6:30 pm (except for Excursion #2 which will return at 8:30 pm). Please, note deadlines and additional fee. Be sure to pick up your boxed lunch right before departure.
	Friday, April 3, Conference Banquet. From 7:00 PM.
