Accommodations

The main hotels located near the Knoxville Convention Center (KCC) are listed below. These hotels offer discount rates for QM09 attendees. Please note that conference participants need to arrange their own accomodations, i.e. this is not handled via the conference registration.
Note: The prices given are before tax, presently 17.25%.
March 18 update: There are still rooms available at e.g. the Crowne Plaza. You have to make the reservation by phone though, online reservations are no longer possible. See below for contact information. When making the reservation, please mention "Quark Matter 2009". If this is not immediately recognized, please instead try the longer/full name "21st International Conference on Ultra-Relativistic Nucleus-Nucleus Collisions".
